Industrial Control Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler

Allways Precision has an excellent career opportunity for a Industrial Control Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler . We are looking for a highly motivated applicant who wants to join our very talented growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Construct, test, and install, industrial control panels, systems, and components
  • Pull parts out of inventory using a machine / panel BOM
  • Wire and troubleshoot new and old machines
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field
  • Commission new machines
  • Courteous to customers and co-workers

Requirements :

  • 1 or more years of electrical experience
  • Able to read and understand electrical schematics
  • Be familiar with and maintain knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL and IEC codes
  • Ensure systems and components meet established specifications
  • Able to route and bundle wires and cables to established standards
  • Experienced with voltage range up to 600 Volts
  • Skilled in the use of measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools
  • Knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Basic motor control knowledge and AC drive programing
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
